Admission Requirements
Entry Requirements
- Level 3 qualification obtained in the UK (required if under 21 years old)
- GCE A Levels or equivalent
- 2 years of work experience
- GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics (Grade 4 or above recommended)
- Interest in or relevant experience in construction or built environment
- Strong motivation to develop a career in construction management
Additional Requirements
- Interview required - to assess motivation and suitability for construction management
- OPT Test B2 (English language proficiency test)
- 350-word essay on 'Why I want to work in construction' or 'My interest in the built environment'
