Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification obtained in the UK (required if under 21 years old)
  • GCE A Levels or equivalent
  • 2 years of work experience
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics (Grade 4 or above recommended)
  • Interest in or relevant experience in construction or built environment
  • Strong motivation to develop a career in construction management

Additional Requirements

  • Interview required - to assess motivation and suitability for construction management
  • OPT Test B2 (English language proficiency test)
  • 350-word essay on 'Why I want to work in construction' or 'My interest in the built environment'
