Course Overview

The MSc Management is a comprehensive one-year program designed to develop critical leadership and strategic management skills. Strategy and Leadership in Practice

Explore the critical role of leadership in setting direction, formulating plans, and implementing strategic plans. Reflect on principles guiding strategic leadership and examine personal skills for leadership success. Conduct full strategic analysis of organisations.

Critical Issues in International Business Management

Identify and analyse critical management issues facing global businesses. Adopt broad perspectives to explore key issues and assess their impact on organisational sustainability. Develop creative solutions while considering UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Term 2

Contemporary Human Resource Management

Critically analyse and evaluate the role and impact of HR management and strategy on organisations and business performance. Cover contemporary issues in people practices and develop solutions for operational and strategic HR issues.

Strategic Marketing Management

Critically analyse and evaluate theoretical frameworks and processes in strategic marketing. Consider strategic aims, context, changing market environments, and digital marketing developments. Create marketing strategy and implementation plan.

Term 3

Final Project

Identify a complex issue in business studies or practice and formulate a research question. Evaluate current research, apply appropriate research methods, analyze and interpret data. Examine study's contribution and limitations, propose theoretical and applied recommendations.
